I would give Absolute Services 10 out of 10 stars. We arrived home from a family vacation to find our dishwasher had leaked while we were gone. I was looking at buckled hardwood floors, stained and warped cabinets and dirty water leaking into the basement. Not an enjoyable way to return from a relaxing week. I immediately thought of Dave and Absolute Services. He had a crew there within hours starting the removable process, he organized drying fans and heaters and dehumidifiers. One call to absolute services and my troubles quickly went away. They even dealt with my insurance company which was giving me the run around. Dave checked in every step of the way and assured us our one year old recently renovated kitchen would be returned to pre-flood status. He even called me on his vacation to make sure everything was happening like he said it would. I have already recommended Absolute Services to friends in Royal Oak when their basement backed up and they were treated just as good as my wife and I were. It is nice to know that honest, decent companies like this are out there when a disaster strikes. Keep up the great work and I will keep referring you.

I had sewer backup in my basement and contacted Absolute Services to do the cleanup. They did a fantastic job! The owner did a very thorough job explaining exactly what steps would need to be taken to rectify the situation. The company is very efficient, thorough, reliable, and dependable. David was a God sent to our disaster. If it was not for him, we would still be living in a motel. In July of 2017, our insurance carrier had us call for a clean-up crew to get rid of water that was in the house due to a hot water tank leak. That crew brought blowers in, damaged our furniture, and blew moisture all over the place which resulted in creating a foul-smelling home and the drywall was still wet. The insurance company's adjuster was neglecting his duty to get our home back to the way it was before the water heater let go. David’s mitigation company (Absolute Services & Contents) in November 2017 came in to clean up the mess the original mitigation company had done to our home. David also represented us in dealing with the insurance adjuster. We are so blessed to have had David come into our life. We got back into our home in January of 2018.
